References on our website to sensitive skin, irritated-looking skin, redness, PD-prone skin, perioral dermatitis, ingredients, skincare science, or individual experiences are provided in the context of cosmetic skincare and general educational information. They are not a diagnosis, medical advice, or a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Where our Refund Policy or Happiness Guarantee provides rights that are more generous than those required by law, the more generous Perijoy policy will apply according to its stated terms.

Our voluntary return or guarantee policies do not limit any separate right to a refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy that you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Order Problems and Damaged Products

Please include your order number and enough information for us to understand the issue. We may reasonably request photographs or other information where necessary to assess damage, fulfillment errors, or shipping issues.
